Sales Manager, Industrial Materials (#AJW)

• Degree in Engineering / Technology / Business Management related etc.
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial material distribution and trading.
• Strong contacts in the electronics/ PCB/ PCBA/printing/ smart card industries
• Strong leadership with proven abilities to lead, motivate and bring out the best in team members and to motivate and develop the team
• Resourceful in providing a full suite of solutions to customers.
• Structured and strong organizational skills
• Strong awareness of market and industries trends, as well as projections for the future and develop sales plans to stay ahead in the competition.
• Strong in the sales planning and result-orientated, with a proven track record of sales targets achievement, and business development success
• Continuous improvement mindset, evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully

• To develop and execute strategies to increase the sales growth of the Business Unit (BU) to meet and exceed the sales target
• To build a good business relationship with principals and customers through regular visits and contacts to develop new revenue streams
• A Player-coach role, leading and managing the sales team, at the same time contributing to both individual and team sales target
• Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers.
• An acute sense of hunting and developing new opportunities to expand business in areas/ account in responsibility.
