General Manager, PCBA Manufacturing (Kulai) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for the manufacturing site, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient execution of production activities to meet business objectives.

• Drive financial performance through effective P&L management, cost control, resource optimization, and achievement of operational and profitability targets.

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand, maximize capacity utilization, and ensure on-time delivery of products.

• Establish and maintain robust quality systems and operational controls to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and industry standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop production managers, engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a high-performance culture and building organizational capabilities.

• Develop and implement site manufacturing strategies, driving productivity improvements, operational excellence, and long-term business growth as part of the Manufacturing Leadership Team.

• Build strong partnerships with plant, regional, and corporate teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering

• At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing

• Experience in PCBA and Injection Molding
